The QuickFinder® for small dogs is recommended for dogs weighing up to approximately 30 pounds.

The QuickFinder for medium sized dogs is recommended for dogs weighing up to approximately 75 pounds. However, more important
than the weight of the dog, is the hardness (density)
and size of the nail. Any current guillotine style
nail clipper does not effectively cut extremely
hard (dense) or large nails. If your pet has very
hard or very large nails, wait until our deluxe
model comes out in early 2008.
- QuickFinder® Clipper is the ultimate solution
for nail clipping for your dog. It is safe and
worry-free.
- Safely clip your dog's nails without
cutting the quick, avoiding pain and bleeding.
- The QuickSensor Technology detects the difference
between live blood and quick, allowing you to
know when it is not safe to cut, when to proceed
with caution, and when it is safe to clip.
The QuickFinder® for dogs is generally good on
dogs up to 75 pounds Bring out the QuickFinder®
ahead of time and let your dog become familiar with
it. It is important that you remain calm so your
dog will remain calm. A little gentle reassurance
can go a long way. Be firm with your pet, but do
not forcefully restrain it.
If you are able, begin clipping your pet’s nail
while it is still a puppy. If your dog does not
take to clipping at first begin with clipping a
single nail. With time and positive reinforcement
your dog will tolerate clipping. You may try putting
your dog on its back during clipping. This not only
makes the nails more accessible to you, but also
puts the dog in a submissive position. In some extreme
cases, biting dogs may require a muzzle.

how to use.
